Mont Ventoux: a playground for sports lovers and adventurers

Cycling, mountain biking, trail running, hiking, paragliding... the Giant of Provence is renowned for the sporting challenges it offers. Thrill-seekers will find their perfect playground here. On the steep slopes of Mont Ventoux, both athletes and nature lovers are invited to explore the trails or navigate the roads with passion and determination, striving to conquer a summit that rewards every effort.

This limestone colossus is an ancient mountain, much older than the Alps. Its nickname, Mont Chauve, comes from its pristine summit, which remains bare even in the heat of summer. The scree covering its peak creates a striking landscape that resembles a lunar surface, shaped by the harsh climatic conditions it endures. Yet, even at the top of the Mont Ventoux, life thrives!
