Throughout the day: Exhibition and sale of regional products, farmers' market, artisans' corner, artists' lounge, book fair, exhibition of vintage cars and mopeds, petting zoo and pony rides with Écuries de Bacchus, Provençal language association Li Cha Cha, mobile lavender distillery, Provençal skits with Li Galapian dou Mistrau, souvenir sale by the Lavandes en Fête association, exhibition of lavender-growing equipment. New this year: The Provençal Games Street: discover games for all ages inspired by lavender and agricultural life.

For refreshments and refreshments: gourmet village with savory/sweet food trucks, sandwiches, pizzas and drinks at the refreshment bar.
Grand country-style meal: €25, reservations required online via Hello Asso or by contacting the Sault Tourist Office at 04 90 64 01 21

Access to the racecourse from the village center is on foot (15 minutes), by shuttle or horse-drawn carriage.
